This is a fantastic 3 bedroom villa with its own private swimming pool, 24/7 security, parking space, and it belongs to a sought after gated community, on arguably one of the best spots on the island.
The master bedroom is very large with a double bed and has its own balcony. The 2nd bedroom is also spacious with a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a sun terrace on the first floor to where all guests have shared access. There are 2 shower rooms, 1 upstairs and 1 downstairs.
The ground floor living space is large and open plan, with a dining room table and chairs for 6 people and the lounge area has 2 2-seater sofas and a 3-seater sofa, with a smart TV and a sound system.
