It is a semi-detached house fully equipped on 3 floors facing the sea foot in the water of 220 m2. The sunsets are magnificent. The place is very calm and peaceful. Possibility of having a trusted lady H24 to cook and do the housework for 40 euros per day. The number of places would be reduced to 6 people on 2 bedrooms (sea side).

I sincerely hope that you enjoy every moment of your stay in this calm and safe neighborhood. You can find a Supermarket, ATM machines, Foreign Exchange dealers, a Casino, Night clubs, pubs, an array of restaurants serving local and international cuisines, Pharmacies, Clinics, a Police Station, shops and boutiques as well as Excursion desks in the vicinity .
A car is strongly recommended, we are 5 minutes from the center and the beach by car and 30 minutes on foot.

Taxis are charging around 1500 Rs.
Rental car will be around 1000 Rs per day for a car type nissan march.

Mauritius has so much to offer to the visitors. You will only be 10 minutes away from one of the most beautiful beaches of the island. But you have a variety of other activities not far from Flic-en-Flac.
• Horse riding at Cavalia.
• Casela Nature Park.
• Deep sea diving at Flic-en-Flac.
• Snorkeling and water sport activities in Flic-en-Flac.
• Surfing at Tamarin and Le Morne (Southern part of the island).
• Dolphin watching and swimming in the south and south-west parts of the island.
• Shopping at Cascavelle Shopping Center

House rules
• Always leave the main building door closed when entering and exiting. Please close the door gently.
• Always close all doors including the balcony door before leaving the apartment.
• Close all doors and windows when switching the A / C on and switch off the A / C as well as all lights when exiting the apartment.
• It is strictly prohibited to throw cigarettes or any other form of litters from the balcony. An ashtray is available in the kitchen cupboard.
• It is strictly prohibited to remove any items (cups, glasses, plates, bath towels / beach towels, hair dryer, pillows, electronic devices, etc.) from the apartment upon your departure.
• Refrain from playing loud music, especially at night time, as it is a very calm and quiet neighborhood.
• if you use food or cleaning liquid from the house, please replace them when you leave.
WASHING MACHINE
• Switch it on
• Select program (cotton is recommended)
• Select temperature 30 degrees ’for colors and 60 degrees for white
• Press Play, a countdown timer will show on the display
WATER DISPENSER
Replace bottles at the fuel station at Shell Cascavelle. Bring 1 empty bottle, price is 190 Rs, otherwise price will be 275 Rs.
GAS
We have a spare bottle so it's not a problem.
TV MUSIC
There is a smart TV equipped with netflix youtube etc ... connectable to your mobile, a second tv in the main room on the 2nd floor with a chromacast video connectable to your devices as well.
Big Boombox JBL is available in the house. you can connect any Bluetooth device. DON'T BRING BOOMBOX OUTSIDE
AIR CON
The 3 bedrooms are equipped with new air con.
The living room is not equipped.
Please switch off the a / c when are not using it as electricity is very expensive in Mauritius.
SHOWER
Hot water is working normally from a solar tank on the roof, the capacity is enough for 8 normal showers.
the hot water is coming back quickly in the morning.
