Positive: + The Villa is placed in a nice townhouse village 5-10 minutes walk to the public beach. + The Villa is spacious (we booked for 2 families, 4 adults, 3 kids in total) + There is beautiful expensive furniture + The kitchen is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. Host provided mugs when we asked for it

Negative: The Villa is beautiful but it seems like no one cares about it. - There is a white paint on a kitchen to quickly make up any damages on walls. BUT 2 sinks were clogged from the beginning, and housekeeper did nothing with that during our stay. I wrote about it at the beginning of our stay. - There is strong smell of some repellent in the first floor bedroom closet, so I had to leave my things in the suitcase and did not put them in the closet. - There is no vacuum cleaner for 302m2 Villa. We stayed for 9 days, and cleaner came once on the third day. We walked to the beach every day and had to use broom to clean a spacious house from sand - We agreed about check out at 11.30. But all of us were awakened at 7.10 AM by the cleaner ringing to the door. It looked like we were being urged to leave. I assume that the manager just made a mistake planning the cleaning but didn't admit it
