Positive: There were several aspects of the stay that were genuinely positive. The buffet offered a wide variety of options and was generally enjoyable. Staff across the resort were consistently friendly, polite, and professional. The property itself was clean, well maintained, and clearly cared for. The spa services were pleasant and well executed, although they were priced at a premium.

Negative: For an all-inclusive resort, this experience fell well short of expectations. The alcohol included in the package was extremely poor in quality. The “well” drinks were made with low-grade local spirits and were so heavily diluted that it was possible to drink throughout the day without feeling any effect. Anything beyond these very limited, low-quality options was charged separately and priced at a premium. The value for money in terms of beverage quality was deeply disappointing. The food experience was uneven. The buffet was actually quite good and one of the few highlights. However, the à la carte restaurant was significantly overpriced and underwhelming in both quality and execution. The Playa restaurant was consistently quiet, which is unsurprising given the additional cost and lacklustre offering. It felt like a once-only experience for most guests, if at all. Nightlife was also misrepresented. The resort’s nightclub was closed everynight, leaving only an evening poolside show with limited seating that concluded around 10pm. This left very little in the way of evening entertainment. Lastly, the glass-bottom boat tour, which was a key activity we were looking forward to, had no availability for the entirety of our stay. Despite repeated attempts, it was fully booked throughout, making it effectively inaccessible. Overall, this resort does not deliver what one would reasonably expect from an all-inclusive experience. Between the low-quality inclusions, frequent extra charges, limited entertainment, and unavailable activities, the value proposition simply does not align with the price paid, especially with everything be charged in Euros.

Summary: Clean and friendly, but fundamentally misrepresented as an all-inclusive experience.
