Positive: I loved the old vibe of the hotel, the architecture and the theme. The rooms were spacious, clean and the AC works very well, comfortable sleep. I also liked the activities like water polo, the staff are also friendly, but because of the high number of people they're overloaded. They work without expecting tips, honest hard working people (except only 1 or 2 exceptions) unlike some that only work expecting tips and I'm happy to leave some tip in that case. The food is also good

Negative: It gets overcrowded at the weekends so the waiting lines at the restaurant are very long. Also they get out of plates very quickly and the staff working can't catch up with the big number of demand. But they do their best anyway. Some young guests make trouble, but nothing major. Thanks to security. The waiting time to check in is also a bit long and messy, but that's fine, ut was a weekend, you get served eventually.. Another thing I didn't like is that I paid all inclusive soft, but at the restaurant I can't get a bottle of water, I can only fill cups. And at the bar I don't get free water, I have to pay 1 dinar for the bottle of water (instead of 5 dinars for those who didn't pay for all inclusive), why do I have to pay for that? That's weird. Also you can't pay by Card... Only cash..
