Summary: We stayed there for our 10-year anniversary. Nice view. However, we paid an expensive nightly rate for a half board. The main restaurant is supposed to be opened until 10pm. We arrived at 8pm for our reservation. Not even 15min after our arrival, the staff clearly started to do everything possible to make us understand we ought to be leaving asap. Like cleaning the dishes, heavily racking chairs on the floor, setting up for breakfast 2h before closing time… they did everything except being hospitable so I had to say something but still they continued and opened wide the kitchen doors so we could hear all the dishes. Despite 2 attempts to ask them to give us a quiet time they still continued it was not even 9pm. We complained to the management but it definitely put a shadow on the whole experience. We were not excepting high end food but we were there to relax and enjoy a quiet, peaceful and it is not what we got. Rush clean fast 15min for us by knowing we paid a lot of money We did not feel it reached the mark
